Thank you for your purchase from ExcessThings, LLC. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.

Policy Details

You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it. Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, All Jewelry items and any sub-categories that fall under it (i.e. anklets, bracelets & charms, earrings, necklaces, rings, toe rings, etc).

For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase, Return form

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

Exceptions: ExcessThings, LLC will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective, Customer did not order item.

If your return qualifies for free shipping, we will send you a prepaid electronic shipping label (a printable PDF of the label).

Restocking Fees

ExcessThings, LLC does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details

To return your purchase from ExcessThings, LLC, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase and our Return form. Please mail all returns to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, ExcessThings, LLC will process your return. Please allow at least 5-7 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. ExcessThings, LLC will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
