Shipping Policy

*Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout. 

All orders are processed in 1-2 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

All orders are shipped within 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping and only ship to North America. However, we are looking to expand into other global markets. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@excessthings.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes as some carries have limitations.
